NTAS charges a one time set-up fee for the time required to program contact information and procedures into our computer system.

This fee is normally $50.00, but may be more or less, depending on the time required.

NTAS has a billing cycle of 28 days. This equals 13 billing cycles a year.

Since the majority of our billing income is derived from time based billing, equal billing cycles gives our customers a more accurate accounting of their usage.

NTAS has a recurring charge of $35.00 every billing cycle to cover the costs of maintaining and updating accounts. This includes on-call changes, contact procedure changes, personnel changes, etc..

NTAS charges $.95 per minute for all services: unlimited calls, messages delivered how you want - when you want. No additional programming fees or overage fees. A toll free number is included in this fee.

This is billed by the second, and times are not rounded up. If a caller is on the phone for 15 seconds, then the account is charged for only 15 seconds.

NTAS has determined this method of billing to be the fairest for both parties. Accounts pay for only what they use.

Payment is expected no later than 21 days after the invoice is sent. NTAS feels this is more than adequate time to receive the invoice and return payment. If payment is not received in this time frame the account will be suspended until payment is made.

All major credit cards and company checks are acceptable forms of payment.
